This is a full-service monthly retainer designed to support your business like an in-house content team would, without the overhead or hassle of managing one.

What's included:

  • Discovery Phase + Brand Style Guide

  • Content Strategy, Production + Management for two platforms (plus up to 3 cross-posted)

  • Four posts per week (two carousel, two short-form video)

  • Creative direction, video editing, post scheduling

  • Community engagement + brand interaction

  • Monthly performance review and planning call

We only onboard a limited number of clients at a time to protect quality and care.
A minimum 6-month commitment is required.


Getting Started: Timeline + Tools

We make it easy to step inside. But only if the vibe is mutual. 

To secure your start date, we ask for:

  • A Video Meeting (to sus out the vibe)

  • Signed Agreement

  • First Payment Completed

Payments are automated via ThriveCart, and you’ll receive a custom link with your client portal and intake materials once you're officially on board.

We work in ClickUp, Google Drive, and Milanote, and meet via Google Meet. You’ll also have a dedicated point of contact and support channel to keep everything flowing.

Brain power, creative juice and buffering time are required to bring your content to life thus it's part of the bill.

Not really. Video is essential for growth and connection right now. That said, we tailor your strategy to what feels true for you. Not aiming for performative or overwhelming. We can repurpose old clips, use B-roll, or even create custom reels using text and visuals if you don’t want to be on camera.


Tara (hi! 👋) leads your strategy and writes your content. Our designer, Sarah, brings your visuals to life. Our content manager, Rupi, handles scheduling and logistics. You’re getting a full-mini-agency team, who're invested in making your internet house a home.

The Welcome Mat is not a quick fix or a one-off. It's designed for folks who are ready to build a digital home piece-by-piece. Still figuring things out or need something lighter, you’re probably better suited for a one-off strategy intensive or consultation. (Let us know and we’ll point you in the right direction.)

Nope! We’ll collect everything you already have during onboarding, and help you fill in any gaps. You’ll also get content prompts and guidance for things like filming B-roll or sharing photos as needed.
